First of all, I feel very
fortunate to be a part of your success.
I’ve been in the field of direct
marketing for almost 8 years now and I
can honestly say that it’s the best
business to be involved in, but that
doesn’t mean that I didn’t find myself
wandering around lost, wondering which
way to go or how to get there.
When I started out in my career I found
myself circling around success, but
never fully achieving it. I worked with
a lot of programs and products but never
had the success the big money makers
claim to have. I used the same tools and
tactics others who were making tons of
money were using, but still success was
miles away. This went on until I
discovered that it was not the program
or product that was failing, it was me.
That’s when the light bulb went on. I
realized that I had to work on myself
and once I did that, success was just
around the corner. Instead of failing at
almost anything I did, I started
succeeding.
Redefining Success
You may have noticed that I don't talk
about making money, but about attaining
success. Allow me to explain. If you are
focused on making money all the time,
not only will money fool you, but you’ll
be fooling yourself as well. But, if you
turn that around and start focusing on
what it means to you to be successful,
you’ll find that it’s not always about
having money. I have a saying about
this.
"If you chase after the money, you’ll
keep coming up short. But, if you keep
your focus on your definition of
success, the money will come in
abundance."
My Path to Success
My path to success has taken me on
winding roads and I faced many
roadblocks. Now, with ample experience,
I want to share with you a more direct
route, act as your compass and be your
guide when you need me. What steered me
in the right direction?
